The XE–700 SBC offers the new mid-sized EPIC form factor with x86 processor.
It is a feature rich, low-power single board computer (SBC) that supports PC/104 expansion.

Operating System:
Standard PC architecture supported by compatible operating systems. OS Embedder Kits available for DOS and Linux (text mode only). These board support packages give full operating system support to on-board industrial functions, such as digital I/O.

Expandable:
This embedded PC offers a rich family of essential I/O functions.
It integrates video, serial ports, Ethernet, digital I/O, CompactFlash, and USB networking into a single card. Support for a floppy drive and two hard drives gives this card the versatility to adapt to any application.

Rugged:
The low–power requirements make it suitable for situations where battery life or heat dissipation is a concern. It operates in extreme temperatures (–40° to 85° C) and under heavy shock (40g) and vibration (5g).
